The four main cables dominating the top half of the picture ARE actually parallel.
Anyway, to answer another question, it's not Spokane (I have no idea where that is, but I'll look it up) - It's the BA "London Eye," England. |

Man I wish I had sights like this in my area. This is actually the first shot of the wheel I've seen from this angle. Those have got to be strong cables to hold that monstosity up. Great shot. |
