I am really happy for you Leroy, in that you finally got credit for the work that you do .. Amazing lighting, especially when you consider it is all natural .... I remember asking you to come out to CA to teach me how to light people the way you do (about 2005) .. (MacClavey)I hope to see many more ribbons in the near future.

| If this is who I think it is, you are just a master at nude photography. But for my tastes, I often feel that your backgrounds are not as well thought out as your subjects. Although the bokeh in this case is really fabulous, I feel that it is really fighting for our attention. |

Well, nudes or even semi nudes have a difficult time getting their due vote so I voted this high for a couple of reasons .. it stands out from truly gratuitous nudes because she really looks the part of a cowgirl who is happy! The hat is well worn, the belly piercing is authentic looking. she is oblivious of the camera .. yep, just happy the hay making is done (grin)

the bokeh, the lighting, shadows under the jaw, even the choice of b/w over color. its perfect. |

WOW! This image is STUNNING. The black and white works amazing for this, the focus is soft, yet sharp and the bokeh in this really compliments the image.
The only tiny little thing is the tip of the elbow being cut off, but with a gorgeous image like this, I don't see that as being a problem. |
