Awesome that you achieved this with minimal editing. I love grunge, and of course the juxtaposition of the two characters. Congratulation on the top 10 placement and all the mentions in the Posthumous thread.

Happens with most of your images - they make me stop browsing and step out of the ordinary, tickling my curiosity and imagination. This is one of them. The two dark doorways, Charlie stuck between them giving you the mysterious look, the person stuck in Charlie's mustache... fantastic work, Ben.

Sort of an optical illusion going on and the cities decay makes for great texture. Interesting catch.

Such a great image. A kiss from Charlie. And this guy didn't even notice. Love the mystery/uncertainty of the dark opening this unaware man is headed for.

I like the starkness of the image, the men, seeming distressed, looking into the distance. Nice capture.

I think you shot it at just the right moment. For some reason I love that he's covering Chaplin's defining moustache.

I think taking this a second later would have made the photo work better. Looking at the placement of the gentleman's head, directly under the nostril, makes it a little distracting.

I have a different perspective of what true Street Photography is from the truest meaning of the word but, DPC seems to have its own version of it. This one is on the street, and fits DPC's version but, that's as much as I can say here for it (not scoring)

Billboards are a cliche, but not bad as these things go. Good job lining up Gadhafi's head with Charlie's moustache.

Very nice entry that should do well. Might be better one or two step later so he is not directly under the wall portraits nose. Good luck!

There is something about the position of the head under the nose that bothers me.

Ohhhh if only that foot wasn't so close to the bottom. I love the repetition here, and I'm intrigued by that bottle in his hand, but I just feel the composition is a little too tight on the bottom, leading to a slightly unbalanced feeling. Also, there seems to be a very minor (admittedly hard to deal with when shooting) CCW rotation. *shrug* still, one of the better images I think.

that guy has charlie's beard as a corona, which makes charlie cry.
or is that because the guy is too drunk to notice his superhuman appearance on the wall?
lot to think about here ;)
