i took this shot at Port Botany hoping for something challenge worthy ..
it was taken with the 16-35mm on the full frame .. i was tempted to delete it in camera coz i thought it was too boring .. i then changed over to my fancy new 15mm fisheye thinking i'd get a more interesting look, but when i saw them on the computer this is the one that worked best for the challenge ..

i wont be home when this rolls over tomorrow but its been a crazy week so far ..
thankyou everyone for the amazing votes and comments .. at the moment it's 7.2260 after 146 votes .. i'm really hoping it gets on my profile page so ppl dont think i just take insects and dogs .. !!

Congrats Roz! I think I see a bug on the top left corner of that big crane in the middle of the shot. The puddle helped a lot with the composition in this.

Congratulations to you Roz on this fantastic shot, I love the mood and the texture of the shot. The reflections are a great touch and it's nice that it wasn't windy for you on the day you shot this.

Famous on DPC (and other places I'm sure) for your macro shots for bugs and all things crawly it's nice that you ribbon with other photography as well (although I'd wager there is a bug or two in this shot if we could look closer :) you are so talented and I would like to thank you for your wonderful photographic contributions to DPC and your help over the years I've been here.

Wow. There are few who can get just quite this level of detail into a DPC shot... And an Aussie at that huh?

Very nicely done, my top pick, it's getting a 9 instead of a 10, only because the sky has been darkened a bit too much I think.. Otherwise an excellent, excellent, excellent image.
