The face is super nice and sharp -exposed. The hands is a bit of a distraction here. like the out of focus area making the face more prominent but still it bothers me

Beautiful image, enhanced by the narrow DoF. I suspect that some may have been post-processing (hands) however if so it was very well done. The complex shape of the catchlights in the eyes is just slightly distracting... but you really didn't have a lot of choice there, did you?

She is a beautiful model! The sharpness of focus towards her eyes and face and the softness of focus everywhere else works extremely well!

The lighting on her hair and face is wonderful. The reflection in the eyes is a little nuts, but very good.
