Wasn't really sure what my style is, but then I browsed through my portfolio and realised that trees seem to crop up fairly often one way or another. As I have the most incredible winter scenes going on outside my front door, I figured just one more tree shot wouldn't hurt:) Today it was wonderfully still, but completely foggy, so much so you could barely even distinguish the lake from the shoreline.
The skiers look so small, I'll bet somebody thinks they are sensor dust :)
WOW, a strange week with the score more or less being exactly where it ended up all week. Did not expect a ribbon, so thank you for the kind votes and all the comments and favourites.

I visit this photo when I am homesick - trees like this were a common site making the winter bearable .. now all I see is rain and boring blue skies and a very occasional dramatic sky. I added it to my favorites so I can find it easier .. I have often stared at your work - some of it doesn't score high and that's because I don't think people understand what your stories are about - maybe I don't either but I like to think so. I would like to be able to create such shots as you do. Thank you.

Having said that, this is a priceless picture. Well done. I think most of the snow around here (London) is gone, else I'd have loved to try that out. Beauty!
