I loved this shot. Well posed. Good message..meets the challenge criteria.
One of my favourites in this challenge..should have done better in my eyes.

Thank you all so much for your votes and comments. I do want to thank my boys for modeling for me, it was raining on and off that day and they stuck it out for about an hour :) I am so pleased to make top ten since I just got into photography back in January '04. I am obsessed now! Special thanks (and welcome to DPC) to Tikitom who, over the past months, has helped me learn about my camera and has given me unwavering support! This has turned into an acceptance speech LOL so I'll close with, THANKS!!!

*however, that 1 vote of 1 is bugging the crap out of me. why did this person think I deserved a 1?

Excellent choice of subject matter. Well done on the lighting and choice of black and white to indulge the feeling of the content.

The choice of black and white works so well in this picture. The dark presence of the central figure really sets the tone. The horitontal lines of the bus and the wide cropping of the image create a sense of movement or inevietability which is quite compelling.

Very nice shot. Did you stage this? It doesn't look it.

Great photo! It speaks for itself, their body language is very expressive and still feels natural. The light is such that it feels like a regular school day and adds to the picture. GJ

Great idea, but I think the lighting on the bully's face could be lightened. 8 for the theme and 6 for the picture, so average 7.

Very nice, would make a great "Say No" poster! The empty space on the left kind of threw me off, might be better if the left side gets cropped off or the models are moved to the left (as I think the "school" on the bus adds more flavor to the picture). Good posing by the models. All in all, an excellent photo that fits the theme!
