 for the september macro side challenge

walking on the firetrail this morning and there were these blow flies on some dung .. that's why i processed them using silver efex/antique solarization so it wasnt so gross ..
when i looked at the rear end of the blow fly on the computer i thought it looked quite attractive .. such a contrast with their faces ..
gave me the idea for this diptych ..

this fly was taken at the same time ..
