Shot at Blowing Rocks Preserve (in Jupiter, Florida).
HDR was manually made using 3 shots with different shutter speeds (a.sky, b.creamy water, c.average ). Stack of 3 ND filters was used.

Thanks to my brother Andy for taking me there and for helping me on the shooting.

What a great shot! I was truly inspired by this & when I went there yesterday I kept it in mind. The tide was very high when I went so I didn't have a chance to try this shot but I hope to go back. (I didn't vote on this)

Very soft light, these morning/evening seascapes. I suspect you didn't need HDR to really make this picture shine. Some moderate fill light or tonemapping would do the trick. Good job! 9

I will have to try the long exposure waterscape at some time. It always gives such a cool look to a pic.

These challenge entries are getting better and better! It's a bit grainy in the bottom left corner and the sky could have some better coloring. But you still got a fav from me as well as an 8/10 hope you win ribbon!

I shall be rating this challenge by the following criteria:

1 - Not HDR in my opinion

3 - HDR is way over-done, in my opinion

5 - A reasonable use of HDR, but not a very engaging photo, in my opinion

7 - A reasonable use of HDR, and an engaging photo, in my opinion

10 - A fantastic use of HDR, and an out of this world photo, in my opinion
