how did you get so little noise with the f717 in such low light. i mean, ive done some 10-30 sec exposures before at iso 100 and its really noisy.

The lighting ruins this shot. I guess that makes it a key factor to the composition though.

My only suggestion (and it's really not a big dea and I'm not really an expert myself) is to maybe reduce the length of your shutter in lighting like this. While it's great that the lights really play a huge role in your composition, the buildings seem just a tiny bit (and I mean a fraction) over-exposed. good luck with this one. It really stands out.

Nice tones. The light at the front is way too bright though, maybe you could have cropped most of it out. I like the cloud.
