 Entered for purely sentimental reasons. This is the view from the top of the Hancock in Chicago. The building I lived in for 3 happy years is at the right of this shot.

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1115 images, I gave 94 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 94, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.

There are quite a few high vantage point cityscapes in this challenge, but this one appeals to me beacuse of the warmth provided by the sunset off camera. There is a slight fuzziness to this image which prevents me from scoring it higher, but nonetheless, a nice image.

Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.

I'm guessing Chicago with the Sears Tower (or what did they just rename it?) on the right and Lake Michigan on the left. Nice sunset shot.

Beautiful HDR-looking shot. The lighting is absolutely perfect, and the details in the buildings in unreal. The ONLY nitpick is that bright cloud in the upper right.. My eye keeps getting pulled over there. Excellent!
