Interesting photo. I wish the monkey would have been a little sharper

He sat on the branches opposite. For all his life he had been scared. Scared to do anything. He had been the last to learn to climb. The last to leave his mother's side. The last to hunt on his own (something he still had much trouble doing, and usually tricked others into doing it for him).

the palm shadows(?) look like ripples on a pond, cool capture

Dang. I hope there is not limit to my faves list, because it's filling up fast in this challenge. A very unique shot.

Good capture made interesting by the rarity and uniqueness of it.

Delightful action shot of this monkey swinging from tree to tree. Nice processing, background works well to compliment the silhouette's.

Love the monkey silhouette. The colors are a bit drab but the subject and story is really nice.
Post actions
that one orange leaf is really distracting, but other than that it is a great capture and I almost thought those were water ripples in the background...which looks pretty darn cool :)

Has almost an underwater kind of feel to it - really like the background arches and that one wee bit of color.
Post actions
That is split-second timing!! Can't tell if this is the shadow or the actual monkey!
Post actions
If you only knew how much I dislike fly monkies, but this is a great capture, and i really like the background

Nice timing on the capture! That one red leaf bothers me.
Post actions
Nice capture. The blurred branches in the background add to the pic.

Fantastic capture, good use of silhouette too.
Post actions
Neat capture. The long arc shadows behind the monkey almost create an abstract background.

There's a tail to be told with this shot. Love the large frond shadows in the background.
Post actions
Looks like a trapeese artist.

Very nice capture. The silhouettes alone wouldn't have done it, but the softly out of focus plants in the background add an element of perfection!
Post actions
Flying monkey, very cool shot. I love how you captured the shadow of the plant on the wall as well.
Post actions
Nice flow to the photograph--background a little distracting
Post actions
I like the silhouette and the "stripes' in the background lend an interesting touch. Why is the one leaf orange?
Post actions
nice shot, really like the natural framing
Post actions
though this is a great action shot...it lack appeal for me...to dark not enough details
