Sign me up! Great scene. Wonderful color, but you've chosen to stay away from the sunset, so as the get the house nicely lit, and a bit of the foliage along the shore. Very pleasing results.

A lovely simple shot. The couple walking are placed beautifully within the the sand and ocean, almost hugged by the curve of the land.

I might have cropped this a bit different, while the right side does contain more of the sun area, removing some of that would have added a little more interest, imo

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1124 images, I gave 31 of them a 9. Your image was one of those 31.

There are lots of sea/beach/sunset pics in this challenge, but this one stands out for me because it is must more understated. The sunset is not given undue prominence in the frame, indeed the sun is actually outside the frame, and yet it give the scene a beautiful warm glow. Definitely a "wish you were here" scene, wonderfully captured.

Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.

wow. Nice. The couple just enjoying each other's close company in the surroundings is a very nice addition and plays well to the 'hidden gem' theme.
