That horizon is straight I tell you! Lovely shot chap. Makes NYC lovely and warm.

Nice Empire State Building sunset shot taken obviously after 9/11/01. Jersey and Brooklyn are pretty clear. Nice coloring on the near buildings.

Been staring at this for 5 minutes trying to figure out your vantage point

Very nice image. It's good to see a few "great" images. This is a perfect reflection of your abilities as a photographer.

great timing, still enough light to see detail, but just dark enough to get the lights on in the buildings

I like the colors and your angle. Nice shot.

The scope of this city just blows my mind. This should be a postcard. Excellent photography.

As a New Yorker myself, I love this image.

Although the horizon isn't straight, I like like it because it gives me the feeling of flight as I am over the city.

A good sweeping view of the city, but a bit over saturated, in my opinion.

I am longing for the perfect skyline shot, it would probably look great with the Empire st. bldg in it, but this is as good a shot as Ive seen in a while! 7

I really like cityscapes and this is no exception. Only one suggestion ... it feels like it's tilting to the right ... maybe an optical illusion but if it were me, I'd level it. Then again, I'm a nut about accidental tilt, so don't sweat it.

Nice light on this beautiful view

I like the depth and coloring that you captured in the image, but it has a titled feeling to me.

Really good shot of NY. Nice and clear.

It amazes me how many buildings there are

I'm guess this was taken on the empire state building. Nice sunset shot of a great city. I like how you have both the rivers in this and they can be seen coming together at the top of this image.

The horizon is tilted slightly. No worries , I still like the shot , details and the color. 7

HA! The view from the Empire State. I used to live in the building in the lower middle of the photo...Sort of purpley-pinkish building. That's so neat! Pretty photo too.

Beautiful sunset shot! Love this city shot!

great colors -- the only thing is that the horizon seems kind of tilted to me..? I dunno, maybe it's just my eyes! :) Regardless, it's a very cool shot.

with the soft light it almost makes the city look peaceful - which is kinda crazy when you look at how jampacked everything is!
Post actions
A little colour correction on the city itself and you have a great shot here.
