[Nov. 19th, 2008 08:00:09 PM]
a day into voting and this has been all over the place ..
first vote was a 4 ..
after 10 votes - 4.9
the next day i'd gone up to 6.2 ..
i think i'm getting marked down because its obviously a bug .. but because not everyone can pick the insect then i reckon it fits the challenge ..
someone thought it might be a bee and someone thought it was a bug's behind ..

[Nov. 25th, 2008 11:46:58 PM]
half an hour before rollover ..
European wasp, cockroach, beetle, grasshopper, locust ..
so i've succeeded in puzzling some ppl even tho a few guessed it was a dragonfly ..
oh .. and dragonflies dont really have lips ..

Not exactly a stumper. And bugs are a dime a dozen around here. Still, it is very well imagined, captured, and presented. It takes quite a lot of sill to pull this off and your execution was flawless! Nice work.

6 - Love the rich colors and clarity - nice macro - not that 'puzzling' though... (dragonfly or 'similar') Nice crop and composition too.

It's a bug! I think I finally identified something ;-) But the "lips" are the bug's behind, which is a little gross to contemplate.
