Greets from the Critique Club:

Not sure what to say about this. It obviously doesn't meet the challenge, and you've stated it plainly in your comments. This probably would have done really well in the Chaos challenge.

Technically I'm not sure how to critique it. There isn't a main focus to the shot and the composition appears almost random. I'm sure there is method to your madness, but I can't find it. There is a lack of depth, a lack of focus, and not much interesting other than the texture.

If I had voted this would have received a low score from me. Maybe you should think about whatever point you were trying to make with this shot.

"Why not here"?? Because it is rude. Deliberately posting pictures you know are not to the challenge is an insult to the intelligence of all of us.
Do you think we are stupid enough to vote high just because it's a neat photo when you put no effort into meeting the challenge?

Huh? Can't tell what this is, but it sure doesn't appear to meet the challenge and it's very hard to look at. 1

Interesting textures and colors. Kind of makes you keep looking to figure out what it all means, if anything. Unfortunatly, with the other painted colors the orange looks more like another shade of paint than rust.

I'm not sure that this fits into the rusted challenge too well. The colours and shapes are nice though.

is that really rust?

Interesting interpretation of the challenge instructions, but unfortunately this is not my taste.

Not sure where the rust is????

Nothing to give me a feel for composition here, and very grainy. Seems like more of an after-thought. I do like the colors on the gray and graphite background!

interesting in an abstract way, i just was unable to see how the rust theme applied to it.
