After a week of being sick and not feeling like shooting, I finally got up the energy the day it was due. The only change was that I originally planned to have real eyes peering out of giant polka dots.

See the link above to read the tutorial on how I did it.

This so deserves a ribbon!!! You got a 9 from me - the finger was the only thing disturbing me BUT I should have given it a 10 for all the effort involved... :o) Brilliant shot!

You know it wouldn't surprise me if Congress did do that but not before they had unnecessary hearings first. :P Congrats Jeffrey. Very creative. I'm surprised it didn't do better. I think if you had shown your face and maybe shown a goofy expression (ex. a surprised look/bug eyes) you may have gotten some extra points.

Sailing into the infinite with pure thought and a lot of hard work. Those eyes do a real 3-D thing.

Very clever concept. Yes, I noticed the finger, but I thought that was quite deliberate. ;-)

This looks like it was a lot of work to set up! That headline can't be on an original paper. The result is very effective.

Excellent creative idea and execution. Minor nit-pick, you didn't line up exactly the same between your original shot printed n the paper multiple times and the final shot as evidenced by the right side of the paper and left side of the head. The 3rd level of paper print seems blown out also. Still an 8 for the creativity and meeting challenge, except for the finger and shine in the hair..

Wow! What a crazy and striking shot! I can't wait to hear the story on this one. The repeating pictures are quite interesting. The background is very striking... again... eager to hear the technical details. So my question is... is it bad to read over people's shoulders? I do it all the time on my daily bus ride and, while I don't want to be obvious, I never thought it was that bad. Help me understand if I'm part of the problem! Great shot!
