Very nice. A true portrait. Posthumous Red Ribbon.

Might have been better with a different angle or with less headroom. I like the idea and gentle side lighting.

i really like the angle that you have gone for here, the close crop and the blur work wonderfully to go with the sharp crisp details of her face, well done 9

Cool. It'd be better with the wall in the top right cropped out.

Very nice composition and I like the depth of field that you have used together with the gentle black and white conversion

The curtains are a little busy and distracting, but if you were going to use these as a backdrop it might have been slightly better if you had cropped down a little to lose the point where the curtains and the ceiling meet

Just a couple of thoughts for what they are worth

I like the idea of this shot, but the backgroud isn't quite right. Cropping out the top so you don't see the top of the curtains would help and would also focus attention towards the face/pose.

I like the DOF here. I think lighting could have been better to give more contrast to the subject.

The large blurred section in the foreground doesn't work here I think. Blurring large objects in the foreground is really hard to pull off though. I like your concept, but compositionally it could be a lot stronger from either closer in or further away I think

the hand looks deformed with the fact that its cut off and so blurry
IMO

Cutting off the fingers at the joints just makes this not work for me. I like her face and the light.

I do think that the expression on your model's face conveys the sense of peace attained through the practice of yoga. Unfortunately, I'm distracted from the face by both the background (especially the gray triangle at the upper right) and the large OOF hand in the foreground. I think the image would be much better with much closer cropping around the model.

i wish the fingertips were included, it would give you a stronger image

Really great capture - would love for the top of the curtains to have been cropped though.

Nice image. I might have cropped this to square; the upper right corner is a tad distracting to me.
