Great pose!
It looks to me like your noise is color, perhaps black and white grain would look more authentic. |

| Nice :D Very NICE. Like the grain. If I could change one thing it would be the washout on the iris, especially the left eye with no highlights. I really like the shadows of the blinds across the face :) |
