Taken in Richmond Park, stalking ground of the Lesser Spotted Alexsaberi. I did not see Alex there, although I did meet his friend here.

Such a beautiful shot. I love the way you composed it, and the tonemapping (I believe it was used) really brings out some great detail and colors. I did have this pegged as a Alex shot, but after the challenge seeing that its a "Simms" shot puts it right where it belongs also. Your work is outstanding!! I had this as a top 3! But Congrats on top 10!

Very interesting shot. There's some wild bokeh happening back there. I love the DOF on the head and horns - they look 3D.

Up close, personal, and STUNNING!!!!!!!!!! Definitely one of my favorite animals! There's such unbelievable richness in color -- and focus on the eyes for basic editing. Way to GO!
