Thanks for the votes and comments everyone- This building was the site of an IRA bombing in 1984. I figured it would go well with any kind of story about the situation Northern Ireland, the IRA, or British life in general.

A better edited version can be seen here:

I corrected the persepective and tried to focus the viewer more on the three railings, as suggested by Josha (thanks.. didn't even think about that). I think it helped, did I make the picture sit easier on your eyes too?

I like it because of the position and activity of the four men. Good capture. Have you considered cropping this in a vertical pano with just the guys and a little to the left and right left in? It's really a pleasure to look at this.

Didn't like this at first - except for it being so beautifully focussed and perfectly exposed - Then the humour of it got me - They look like the 3 (4) monkeys. Love it

I really like this because it is different from your average animal or scenery shot. The leading lines and composition are great. very well shot photo. 10 in my book.

I really like the iron work and detailing of the building, and the workers provide a human element that adds a lot.

I really like this photo. The one thing I'd like to see different, and this is getting a little picky, is having the guys on both sides of the frame. I think it would be a little more balanced of a picture. This is really good the way it is, but in my eyes, it's what makes the 9 become a 10. Nice work at any rate.

Pretty shot. Those odd perspective shots are hard to frame - I see you chose a right alignment to the scaffolding - good choice, I think. Perhaps you might have cropped the entire left vertical line and the persoective skew would not have been noticeable. The blue and cream tones are sublime. I like this shot a lot.

Interesting composition, but the human eye is trained to like things in triples -- try cutting one level off and you'll see! :)

This caught my attention - I really like the way you have a few smaller photos in one big photo. each of the workers seem to be in their own little picture. But the fact they are working together, makes this photo awesome! I like this one alot!
