 this is the original unedited version ..

these are my editing steps ...
processed three times thru RAW ... light, medium and dark .. overlayed all three files in one image and selectively erased parts of each one to create the tonal values i liked ...
selectively burned bits i'd sort of missed for the shadows in the trees ...
did hue/sat adjustment layer to create more red in the post and erased that saturation in the rest of the image ..
did noise ninja and erased ninja from post and barbed wire ...
did usm ... then vignette and erased selected areas of the vignette .. dodged the fence and burned some vegetation ... saved as is ...
duplicated image and merged all visible layers and scaled to different proportions ...
levels adjustment layer and lightened image then erased a lot of that adjustment layer so vegetation became lighter ...
brightness/contrast adjustment layer just a bit of contrast added ... usm
resized ...
did noise ninja and erased it from fence post and barbed wire ...
did smart sharpen, border and saved for web ...

after i put dowloaded it in dpc i realised it wasnt sharp enough .. so did some selective sharpening of leaves in the foreground and some trunks etc .. saved for web again ..

just put this in post and had another look .. i'd be sharpening the post even more ... but cant be bothered now!!
