| Excellent colors, use of natural light looks perfect. I like the expansive feel of the man vs. ocean. Great human interest. Fits the challenge very well. Focus is good, and so is composition. I find the tilted horizon to be the only major drawback for me. I can't tell if it was a deliberate choice, but it does distract for me. Well done! 7 |

| this has great potential... I don't like the slant of the horizon. otherwise it has a general and nostalgic appeal to many (I think). The body language of the person says it all. |

| good location and concept - though the 50/50 horizon doesn't help much, nor does the tilt. You could maybe have used the reflection in the sand to better effect too ? |
