| I'd like to see more color saturation and depth of field here. Sure seems to fit the challenge though. |

| Would have been better with a greate depth of field. The out of focus front and back for something that is essentially an entire frame picture just makes t hard to look at for very long. Great subject/title though. |

| Can't give this a high rating although i like the colors, and believe it is probably 'old'. I keep looking for 'context' and don't find any. 4 sjgleah |

| Sneaky pun-title. The picture subject is good but really needed much more light. Light from the sides would have shown the texture of the surface and brought out those lovely colours. Nice DoF. |

| I did the rust photo on the texture challenge. People didn't seem to like rust... Your picture seems a bit dark. It's also a bit out of focus around the edges. The subject matter is good. Looks old to me.... 6 |

i hate to say it, but your photo would have looked great for the texture challenge. doesn't work well for me as "something old" though. ~mcmurma

| Whatever this is... it's certainly old. The strip of clear focus across the center of the photo doesn't work very well. This shot needs either more depth of field or a different camera angle. The image lacks punch... - jmsetzler |
