Daring man, entering a primate in a "portrait" challenge, as it has seemed to me in the past that DPCers think portrait = Human. Gorgeous work, great comp and emotion.

Beautiful light, great timing, big fur ball. Good colour, even some catchlight in his(?) eyes. Fantastic portrait, though gives a depressing view of zoo life.

great subject, and really nice composition. the sharpness is slightly off though... noticable in lighter hair.

I really do not like animals for portraits normally. But, this is just a great shot, excellent colors, lighting, sharpness, DOF.
