 It seems from peoples' comments that many voters did not believe that this is a puddle. Well, I promise you it IS a puddle. It is only about 6 feet across by about 12 feet wide. The reason it looks so big is that I put the camera directly on the ground, about 1 inch from the water.

How beautiful!!! I agree with jdannels that it is very underrated. I guess if the voters didn't see raindrops in the sky they counted off :(

I don't know how this didn't finish higher, amazing find and great use of the wide angle lens to make the puddle look like a lake. congrats on your top 20 finish.

Wow! That's one big puddle!!! Looks more like a small pond. Very good capture of the city lights and the reflection is quite gorgeous. Well done. Good luck in the challenge.

Nicely done. The capture of the reflections is very good - it must have been a still night. I think the slanted horizon actually works in this shot.
