I love looking at your work. And I assume this is your husband. Has such a wise look about him and you capture it so well.

Ursula, that's an incredible portrait. The light and tones portray a beautiful painterly look. You work is stunningly painterly even when not trying to be! This was highly underrated. Should have been top 10!

Agree with the other post-challenge comments. This was one of my highest scoring photos, and since voting, I've come back a few times, and just see more and more in it......added to favorites.

Very nicely done, Ursula. Shooting someone wearing glasses in a studio is a PITA to say the least, so i'm doubly impressed. I realize how fortunate I am that this challenge was a bit out of your comfort zone. In just about any other genre I'd have been in serious trouble.

the honour is mine ;)

One of the few 10s that I gave out, should have finished much higher but probably suffered from not being a young female.

Very good photo : good lighting , good composition , peaceful/serene expression of the model.
About the title , mi querido not only means dear or darling , in case there's no noun after (mi querido marido , mi querido James by example) it could have a different meaning , maybe not exactly what you would like to say.Anyway this is not important for my vote , 8 .
p.s. editing to give an extra point.

good, sharp potrait.
I'm not sure what to say about this photo. I mean, it's good, but not too exciting. But then, it's a potrait of a person (what excitement am I expecting, right?). I guess what I'm trying to say is, there isn't a "wow factor" in it, but still it's a good shot. I'm giving this an 8. cheers.

8 - Nice portrait with simplicity. Difficult to offer much feedback because it depends what you were trying to 'capture'. Tonings look good.
