This is beautiful

Wow factor is very subjective. This photo is very real. I look, and I look again, and each time I see a bit more of the feeling of this moment. This is not a studio shot nor was it set up. It gets a definite Wow from me.

Nice technically but no real wow factor.

Amazing shot. You've really managed to capture a moment in time forever. And all the technicals are spot on.

The hole doesn't bother me at all, didn't even really notice it until I read the comments about it.

Great shot. I love that this is outdoors vs. an arena. The falling snow adds so much to this.

Man oh man. I was looking for a hole in her nose.

I agree. Keep the hole. The shabiness of her outfit directly contrasts with her very gracefull stance. It illustrates strength quite well. I like it.

a young girl, so passionate about skating (the look on her face) she doesn't need to pay attention to her outfit to get the thrill she'll have from skating!

this has been a favorite of mine since I saw this beautiful photo... you did a great job Robert... please don't fix the hole!

Even with all the snow in the picture (which adds to the shot) The only real distracting this is the hole in her hose.

This is a very little thing, but I would have fixed the run in her tights. It's distracting.

you've captured a perfect moment, the framing is superb. she's a beauty, the old and used pantyhose and the look on her face gives this photo an emotional feeling I can't resist. 10! added to my faves!

Wooooow, that's an awesome shot. You should have cloned out the thing on her leg. I love the ice flying up around her. Colors and lighting is perfect.

Elegant action shot. Can see this on Sports Illustrated or something like that. If you want to be nit-picky, I'd just edit out that hole in her tights. The skater will probably appreciate it too :)

Great timing. Nice, sharp focus. Nice expression. The only improvements I can suggest might be to clone out the snag in her tights and take out some of the greenish tint in hair. (That could be my monitor).

Oh, what a nice capture of the action. A little over-sharp, but dead on focus and motion-stop.

This is beautiful! I've never been able to capture crystal clear snowflakes. They always blur and look like gray air. You did so good!

This is going to sound wrong, but my eye is drawn to that run in her stocking. The clone tool would have fixed that up :)
Other than that you've captured a nice moment! I like the sense of motion.

Sweet capture. I like that you didn't "correct" the holes in her stockings. They tell part of the story. I would like to see more negative space above her ideally, but I realize that might not have made for a good photos depending on the surroundings.
