Excellent photo - the concept and composition is good, the choice of colour works very well in contrast with the dog, and I love the dog's expression.

what is the outline arround the dog? cute dog it mightve been cool to see a color that contrasted his eyes more... just a thought

i think the red in this shot really detracts from the final image and gives the dog a bit of a creepy look in the eyes. nose is a tad too dark, eyes could be sharper in focus.

Great photo. Different that the norm that I've seen in this challenge thus far. You went for something different and achieved it with flying colors. I just hope you get the score you deserve.

The red background brings out too much red in his eyes, and I would liketo see a little more focus.

I'm not sure why, but the background and the dog look mismatched, almost like the background doesn't belong. With the strong light on the dog, I feel there should be some sort of shadow on the background? Also, there is something funny about the dogs eyes.

I am trying to make up my mind if you shot this on a red backdrop or if you cut the dog out and put him on a red background (not sure if this is allowed if this is the case even in advanced editing?) The muzzle is too overexposed and it lacks focus.
