| I too am staggered at this phot's lowly rating. The movement and flow in this is tangible - so impactful and I bet, as a large format print, this is just breathtaking. I often look up to the canopy and think I see this kind of thing, but rarely capture it. You have. |

| I really do like this one. The twisted darkness of the branches reaching out for the light really does it for me :) I'm sure you'll get "blown out" comments, but for this image I personally think it really works well. 7 |

| I feel upside down in this shot... even if it's right-side up. The sun looks a bit hot, so a polarizer/ND filter may have helped. |

| 8 - This is very nice. Criticism; Whilst I like the light shining through it is either too bright and thus detracting from the main subject, in my opinion, or else a different crop, cropping out half of the 'sunlight', may have made this a better shot. Like the toning, but the capture of the branches and the angle is what I like the best about this shot. 'Feels' like you are under an old and stately tree. |

| This is the best shot I have seen of actual tree branches. I love that there is enough contrast to make the branches stand out. My only subtraction is for the area of white--it is distracting to me. |
