Hope you saw my first comment when I voted, had to edit; Just checked out your profile. You do a Great job with B&W shots. Friend of mine does 4x5 film slides mostly nudes, here a site he belongs to, its not just nudes. All B&W photos, you might check it out.......Congrats on the finish.

| One of the best studio shots in this challenge. The low-key lighting is intruiging and the strong diagonal composition is very effective. The tilt to the image is allso a great idea, although I find I prefer cropping a bit off the top and right to prevent the feel that she is sliding out of the frame! The glints on her toenails are an excellent touch, but makes me want to see glints from her eyes too, to keep the symmetry. 9 |

Nice pose, I like the way her body is highlighted from the shadows. The tone is great as well, I think it is not pure B&W because it has some purple elements.
The lighting reminds of Grigrigirls "Serenity". |

Nice Jane you got there! Pretty good lighting, interesting composition - I particularly like the tilt of the floor/underground - perfect breasts, great body overall, good pose. I think another light, e.g. something that would have brought out her long hair a little more, might have made this THE winner. At least from what I've seen so far (I guess about half the shots in the challenge). Have you tried a tighter crop? I think bottom and top might do with about half an inch less, each.
I give you a 9 - good luck!

| It's well done. Unusual decision to light from the left, thus leaving the closer side of the model in silhouette; I think that makes the legs appear a little awkward rather than graceful. Obviously your intent was to emphasise the torso, so maybe that explains it? Nevertheless, a fine image. 7 |

| Composition and lighting are very good. The angle (or it tilt) add some dynamism. Esthetically, your model should have stretch a bit less I think; I personaly would have prefer not seeing her rib cage so clearly. 8 |

| Very, very nice. Beautiful in black ans white; great lighting and composition; beautifully sensual. My one "hitpick" - I would love to have seen some light on her hair - just the tiniest bit to catch some stray highlights. A great entry for the challenge. |

| Lovely pose, and nearly perfect lighting. you can see the detail of her hair, as well as all of the other bits you want to see. I'm distracted by her ribs though. I might have posed her slightly better to minimize their visibility, but this is purely a matter of taste, good luck. |

| Coming back for comments... I like the choice of lighting on this one. Ranks 3-6 place (one of four 8s I gave out for this challenge). Technically it is on par with my 9s and 10s, but the 9 and 10 photos had more appeal than this one. Do not be dissapointed with this image, be proud of it. It depitcs the art or photography. |

| Simple and classic. Nice choice of model for this type of pose. Good use of B&W. Nice pose. What could be improved I think: a) stretching more the model (ie. pointing her foot instead of it lying flat on the floor). b) Closer crop on the left and the right; the square crop doesn't help enhancing the feminity of the model. c) Using Channel Mixer to create your b&w would have given a bit more punch to the shot, I think. d) Some detail in the hair would have been nice, but this is just nitpicking really... ;-) Overall good shot, good job! |

| Excellent composition with meticulous attention to pertinent detail. I am amazed at how some viewers express a need for lighter since they are unable to follow the beauty of the lower zones. Very good work. The only monor change I would make on hindsight is to alter the angle slightly to give a little more form to the right foot. And this is minor for the great strength of the image sings and sings. Very good work. Bumping up. |

| Very stunning image. Beautiful model, great lighting, and shadows, with this classic pose which always works well. Wonderful tonal range in this great B&W image. It actually seems to be a little grainy which might even add to it's overall appeal. I love this shot and will be adding it to my favs. I wish I could give it a score higher than '10'. | Jane Doe is quite beautiful, for sure. The only criticism I might have is that the pose, lighting and angle make her neck look abnormally long. Head turned away might have worked better. hope this helps. Still a great entry. |
