Really lush and beautiful. This shot is tangible and gets my top marks for interesting use of shutter speed, focus and subject. This is the kind of shot I could only hope to have taken and is in sharp contrast to my own! Love it. [10]
I like how you captured the rain in this and the composition of its diagonal downward motion. Macro wise it is fine to me because of the rain capture but I'm guessing you might be getting a lot of it is not macro. Great shot!
IMHO this isnt a macro BUT I love it. i love the way u captured the movement of the rain(or sprinkler?), the water splash,the water drops,the colors, the flower is beautiful. this is getting the first 10 from me and going straight to my faves!
WOW! This is really fantastic! I'm not a big "flower macro" fan, but this one certainly makes me stand up and take notice. Beautiful colors, lighting, composition... Not sure what else to say. 9 (But will probably bump up on 2nd pass.) 10 Simply oustanding job. I can't believe how you actually caught the raindrops both in the air and splashing on the petals. You have to tell us how you did this.
I love the attempt here. I little heavier on the saturation would really help the colors in the flower. The color balence just seems a shade towards cyan.
Very nice macro. Lighting is perfect and the focus is too. The longer exposure for the raindrops make for a very nice background. The only thing that doesn't make it perfect as a whole, IMO, is the big blurred drop on the right under the bud.
