 This started with a minuture milk-like bottle and then I went to the strawberries and milk. Happy with the milk bottle but the image did not look like a nacro. Then as sat back I saw this spoon in your face with totally different splashes then the common liquid splash. I went for it and had so many nice takes that it was confusing making a selection. Regardless of the placing, I love the image. I had better dof with the f22 but no where as interesting as the splashes under f16.

This is definitely under rated IMO.

should have ranked higher, blows some of the top 10 shots away tbh (edit - I've just realised who took this shot, after admiring some of your other work) - this was one of (if not THE) favorite for me, the milk looks alive!

very creative and I like the shot for the most part. DOF is not right though as I would have preferred to see the milk in the background also in focus

I like that this isn't a traditional water drop picture, something different is always good. Nice dark background contrasts great with the milk. Good job

Action in a macro. Very uncommon, but very nice. extremely sharp image, with great tones, and interesting shades of white. The silver in the spoon jumps out at me as being amazingly sharp and full of color. I would not be surprised to see this image wearing a blue ribbon when the voting is all finished. Very nicely done. <10>

6 - I like the concept. Somehow a little 'cleaner' for me would be better. More contrast too with the background. The 'flow' at the foreground is good.
