This little guy (and he was TINY!!!) seemed to be watching me very carefully, but since he was soooooo small, I had to get pretty close even with the 105mm lens.
I think he's cute..... perhaps I should name him? *s*

Very little postprocessing, just a touch of the usual things.

Love the title. I would not expect eyes on a creature at these locations. Thanks for pointing them out.

I missed this one in the voting, but would've given it a high score. It's really nice colors and the cutest damn spider ever!

Weird..

I am really afraid of spiders and bugs in general, and have a hard time looking at them because they freak me out, but I think this guy is very cute!

I liked this a lot and scored it high, Good Job :)

At fisrt the spider looked as though he was pasted into the photo but then you see he is walking on the inner parts of the flower. I like the DOF it draws you into the flower

the bug is too near to the center imo, it should be placed a little bit lower and to the right to get the composition needed to make a better outcome for the photo.

Composition way to centered for my taste but good sharpness/colours/contrast in this image, technically very well done.

those eyes...yuk..hate spiders, but it is an image that works well against the flower, well done

Well focused and the eyes are very appealling. I would suggest a tighter crop on the right, but I know that may be intentional given the challange. I also find the out of focus elements on the left off-putting - perhaps because they are right in the zone for thirds. Overall a solid entry.
