| Lovely shot... the contrast here and the tonal range are excellent. I really like the close crop in this case, too - this photo really grabs the viewer and pulls them in. There is a lot of personality to be seen here. Marvelous work, and the black and white was absolutely the way to go here. |

| Only thing that I don't care for too much is the overboard noise reduction used. Everything else is great, even the extremely white whites are ok, because this shot is edgey and expresses a lot of character. |

| Great capture, like the emotion. The skin processing / noise reduction is pushed a little far though; getting very close to the plastic doll look. Kid skin is smooth enough as is, no need to process it further. |
