Cloned very dim (but slightly distracting) background gunk. Sharpened. A bit of levels.

I don't normally like blurred photos, even when it's intentional. I'll make an exception here. One thing I particularly like is the way that the change in background colour from black to white leads down through the hairline of the lady, creating a strong diagonal.

Not sure if I'd rate this as just passing time, but a well concieved and executed shot - just enough blur and just enough focus. 9

Unless they're siblings - then it would be "Incestuous Kissing" ;-) Cool effect - just not sure I would consider this activity passing time.

Warm and emotional. The backlight seems a bit harsh though and the change in background seems out of place.

Very artistic! I like it. 8 with possible bump. Usually I'd mind the hot spot, but I'm able to look past it in this shot. I like how you can still get enough information out of the shot with the blur. Good work! :)
