definitely looks like an advertisement... I wish the lighting were a little better on the bottle so the label wasn't so hard to see, but at least the colors fit in well with the background. very nice shot, love it!

yes, you have achieved techical bokeh, but, to me, it is providing more of a distracting background than an enhancing one. maybe with a little more light on the bottle, and if the glass had been placed so that it isn't swallowed by the background, it would have worked. as is, it's a bit too busy. good luck!

Well that's pretty clever, and I think it's what bokeh is really about (it's got to be a critical creative element of the overall impact, not just some out-of-focus crap). I'd like it even more if the bottle label had a tiny bit more of a "glow" somehow, to more closely match the "bubbles". But it's still damn good. 8.

I think a bit more light on the subject and toning down the specular highlights in the background would have made a better shot. It's a good idea (actually quite similar to one that I had in mind for this challenge and didn't have time for), and the bokeh is very nice and fits the subject, but the background is overpowering the subject a bit. An 8 from me.

Dazzling, but yet distracting. I'll sit on this photo a while before voting.

Great idea, good composition, fantastic bokeh. The only thing I don't like is that the focus isn't sharper on the champagne bottle label. Not a big deal though because the rest of the shot makes up for it I think.

Bokeh up the kazoo, no question. Pitty the foregroudn lighting's not a little cleaner, IMO

I like it…but I’d rather see better exposure of the bottle, it’s a tad dark.

bokel is lovely - but it interfers with the forground

NIce bokeh - very romantic. Foreground a little underexposed.
