feeling quite humbled by the response this photo got .. especially from some photographers here that i greatly admire .. thankyou so much 💓
and Wendy .. this is a noisy miner ..
"The noisy miner is a bird in the honeyeater family, Meliphagidae, and is endemic to eastern and southeastern Australia. This miner is a grey bird, with a black head, orange-yellow beak and feet, a distinctive yellow patch behind the eye, and white tips on the tail feathers."
it's quite different to the Indian Myna which is an introduced pest here in Australia .. although they look very similar.. ❣️

Congrats, Roz. I love this! All those little flicks of water indicate the action and yet you have the bird perfectly positioned and detailed.
The birds absolutely love bird baths, don't they? And they are so entertaining to watch.
I have been trying to get a good shot of the magpies at our bird bath but without much success.
I love it Roz. I have a bird bath and love to watch the birds use it. Your editing is impeccable. His eye is so interesting. I am drawn to it. Congrats on the blue.
