I launched from shore -- it is not nearly as far away as it appears to be. The Chicago Harbor Lighthouse is a few hundred yards off the end of Navy Pier. |

i love how a few dpcers have got their wings and are now able to fly ..!.. ;)
i'm assuming this is a drone shot . but i could be wrong . you could be standing on a very high cliff ..
anyway . i waffle . this is wonderful . the colours . the expanse .. the elements in your scene . good one . :) |

| LOVE this! The lighthouse shadow pointing to the city in the background gives it such a sense of scale. And the little boat. OK, the sun is blown out, but it's still a delightful image. |
