This looks really simple... and it should have been.

But, it wasn't. I couldn't get the background to make my happy.

Anyway, I had no ideas for this... (Yes, I had an entire month)... was going to "pass" on it, but decided to figure out something to stick in... the day before rollover.

i totally get it .. !! ..
maybe not in the exact way you intended ..
but as with lots of more creative, abstract and surreal images .. different ppl interpret them differently ..
i've been 'over it all' .. so many times in my life .. sometimes the situation can be devastating other times the situation may seem quite minor ..

removing the head .. INSPIRED .. !! .. the feeling of being over it all could be totally removed along with the head ..

the head = brain .. our brain is a great tool .. but sometimes it can be like an enemy as well ..
here's one of my favourite sayings .. 'dont believe everything you think' ..
when we do believe everything we think it is quite easy to get over it all .. our thoughts can take us in some rather unpleasant directions .. and thats because we get so attached to those thoughts .. get caught up in them .. they become reality .. its often not that difficult to re-direct those thoughts .. to more pleasant and uplifting directions .. but you can change your reality .. takes some practice ..
anyway . i'm on a roll here .. lol ..

had surgery a couple of days ago .. to remove metal in my arm .. i'm on quite strong pain killers .. i'm feeling pretty good .. so i'm not over it all at all right now .. in fact quite the opposite ..
i feel the pain killers are responsible for my ramblings above .. and that's my story .. !! .. ;)

I don't understand this placement :-( I was the lone 10... Really well done and viscerally surreal.

I don't know what "over it all" means ? (and google did not help) Something like "had enough"? I am trying to understand the reason, the message, for editing out the head. I see a simple, strong, honest image that is trying to express something, but I don't just get it.
