Challenge: Norman Rockwell III (Standard Editing)
Collection: Portfolio
Date: Jul 13, 2020
Date Uploaded: Jul 13, 2020

I do wish that the black bars went all the way from side to side. I also wish it weren't so obvious that I drew in the middle letters from when I used the posterboard from another Norman Rockwell challenge.

The rest... I like. I hope you do.

I hope Norman would have.

Both got treats.

"Amazing likness of one of my favorites."

"What an amazing recreation."

Cool! I thought I came up with it myself. I searched for something similar and can't find it. It must have been in my sub-conscious.

ETA: Oddly, my Personal Best is a Norman Rockwell entry. Now this one is my third top scoring image so far (tied).
I do love his work.

I knew it was your image so suspected that you did have a giant printout as you know the rules well :)
Congrats on the Red, I thought that this challenge was to be won by you and Anita

PS Just noticed the one, I really wish the voter would explain why

This is fantastic. What an amazing recreation. I don't know how you did this under the Standard Editing rules but its a 10 from me!
Looking back through your work I see you have used this technique before in standard editing. Bravo!

beautifully done but is text allowed in a standard entry? maybe the rules have changed since I was last active here?

Did you print such a large sheet of paper? It is standard editing. In any case it is very well done, one of my top 2.
