 This is my second time I've painted with coffee. The first was for the Coffee III challenge two and a half years ago.


In fact, that was the third thing I'd ever painted in my life.

This one is the fourth.

But, I enjoyed it and... while I'm quarantined here for the pandemic... I might try another one.

That one got the BLUE, so I'm guessing folks will go look back at prior challenges and will see it. I'm assuming that mine won't be the only image with a painting made from coffee.

So be it. I can't think of anything else, and I've spent over an hour on painting with coffee.

Almost as long taking a photo of it. *rolleyes*

I couldn't get it "casual" enough. It all seemed very arranged... which, of course, it was.

Lydia .. !!! .. you are an absolute star .. so creative .. i love this so much ..
and what the heck .. three of my very favourites in the challenge have come in the top three .. i think thats a first ..
many congratulations on the ribbon .. how fantastic you were able to show us one of your other talents .. ie.. painting with coffee lol .. :)

oh .. sorry .. but i just read your comment .. very slack of me to leave it till after i'd written mine .. but blown away that its only the third thing you've painted in your life .. looks like you were hiding that one under a bushel .. no hiding now .. methinks you could give up your day job .. lol .. ;)

Did you paint that yourself? Wow! Lovely idea for this challenge - another take on the theme

Several years ago I was in Lisbon for vacation and at the Castle there was an Artist who was painting with coffe. I bought I small painting which is in my Office ever since. It smelled wonderful for quite some time.
