So now they are saying that testing needs to be done on sunscreen to see if toxic chemicals are absorbed into the bloodstream. Seems like Bandaids are the only safe way to protect against the harmful rays of the sun! Not sure if this crazy picture is going to come in first or last!!! (Probably last:()

Did much better than I thought in the voting. A lot of sympathy votes? I had just come home from playing golf. Hadn’t taken a shower yet and still had some residual sunscreen on so removing the bandaids was not as painful as you would imagine! Thanks for the concern:)

By the way, don’t bother counting. There are 61 bandaids!!

Thanks everyone for the terrific comments. It was more fun reading your reactions than it was composing the shot.

i've just read the myriad of comments you have received for this photo .. just by the comments you should have got the blue .. however .. the blue would have been very hard to beat ..

i love that you consistently come out with such imaginative takes on the challenges ..
wish there was a pill for that .. JOKE .!!.
would probably turn out harmful .. in some random unexpected way ..

and i've been thinking for some time that sunscreen could be just another thing that is supposedly good but turns out bad .. my thinking is that most things that are 'artificial' turn out to be a bit dangerous for us humans .. and every other lifeform on the planet ..
anyway .. i got a bit carried away there .

what i actually came here to say was ..
THIS IS FANTASTIC .. altho quite weird .. like ppl have said ..
and almost difficult to look at ... like you have some terrible disfiguring skin condition .. should i delete that bit .. you never know when you could offend someone unintentionally .. i feel political correctness has totally lost the plot .. :)

I thought this would ribbon too! You are so much fun to play with!

I don't know about the harmful sunscreen! My hubby just had some serious skin cancers removed from his face, and going in the sun without protection is not an option. But I hate it that everything good ends up being bad. :(

Congrats on TT.

Agree with Mnet.

I’m surprised this didn’t ribbon too.

Haha! This is fabulous! It's another one of those photos I will remember after I've clicked away to the finish line. I'm not 100% sure tho, if it's because I just can't "unsee it"... or because it's just that unique and powerful. Maybe both. :)
