So here's a little story on this one.

The night after voting started, we picked up our seven-year-old granddaughter and brought her home to spend the weekend. I had been pleasantly surprised to see quite a good score when I got up in the morning; and when we got home that evening, it was holding. I said as much to my husband, but added that voting was young and I didn't expect it to continue.

Tessa overheard. Of course she wanted to know what picture and what contest and what was I talking about, so I showed her the picture. I told her maybe sometime this spring or summer when it's warmer, Eva (her five-year-old sister) could have a sleepover and we could go out and take a picture like this. Then I told her the story about taking it, told her how I met the family coming along the path to the dam and started talking with the parents. The kids ran on ahead and I could see they would make great silhouettes. I explained to the parents who then called to the kids to run and jump and act crazy up there so I could take some pictures.

Tessa interrupted excitedly, "Oh yeah! Eva and I are GREAT at that!! We are GREAT at acting crazy! We can DO THAT!!"

Ha I see two people thought this was mine, and it's so funny because I was soooooooo close to entering a silhouette.

Congrats on TT.

Part of me wants them to all be higher in the air...how many shoots did you take?

Unless of course it’s a candid, somehow I think not ;)

Still I really dig this.

Imagination triumphs over gravity. In the movie version, the subjects would continue to gradually rise up into the sky.
