The graffiti, blue sign on the bridge and litter are distractions to me. Not overly fond of the weeds/grass in the foreground either.

Great scene and composition. Double distraction, the sign on the bridge keeps drawing my eye. Good job.

I find the plaque (identifying, I assume) more distracting than the graffiti which looks worn and toned, consonant with the landscape.
