 A ribbon in an Extended Free Study?? Amazing, thanks all!

On the technical side, the shot is composed of a few shots.
My wife lying on the floor, with a remote flash in front of her.
The book took three shots to get the full length (little stick is indeed a stick keeping the book open), shot of a piece of grass, and then the sky is painted on.

FWIW, the book is "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" ;)
