 Yeah... the thumbnail of this is TOTALLY, 100% boring. For the folks who only click on the stuff that they want to see.. and then vote on a portion of those... well... this won't even come across your monitor. Totally boring.

Handheld with a dog.... panting... out of breath... on my arm, as I was trying to brace my camera for the long-distance shot.

I deserve a medal.

No... not a photography/DPC medal/ribbon... a medal for not harming the dog. *sigh* *grin*


She's here for the Summer with Darling Daughter...

She sometimes has a hard time fitting in with the rest of us. (The dog, not the daughter)

Today was one of those days. I'd waited "forever" for a frog to pop up amongst the lily pads. It happened... and she dog appeared. (Might I call She Dog a bitch??) *sigh*

At least the frog stayed! Life is good.

Most of my editing work was done on that dang, pretty lily bud in the foreground. It's ready to bloom... but is pink and pretty. NOT matching the whole green/blue thang goin' on in my image.

I colored it as best as I could. WHY don't frogs pop up in a perfectly photogenic setting? *sigh* Losers. *rolleyes*

I totally love that little bit of his lower right eye... so clear and defined.

Is it enough? I doubt it.

Is my image good? We shall see.

I like it... but to me it's more about the frog than the leaves, although there are a bunch of leaves.


What do you say, voter?

Yay? Nay? Kill the dog?

*grin*

Won't kill the dog... BUT, might leave her inside next time. *rolleyes*

I don't understand (and never will) why anyone would give this a 2 or a 4. Clearly it's better than a 2 or a 4. Just saying... I was one of your four 10's... Congrats on your blue... well deserved.
