Camera: Nikon D810

Converting to Digital Negative, then load into Camera Raw. Increase BLACKS, counter with FILL LIGHT, sharpen, some noise reduction, resize. No border this time.

I'll never forget the scene in the '60's when Barnabas encased a man into a brick enclosure.

I predict 4.2.

"Unworthy though I am to untie his hosen," yet will I predict the low song of wallering: 2.2.

I agree with your 4.2 for a pattern with no particular direction, or maybe that's the point

I seem to have hit a blank wall here. Gave it four - predict 4.6.

I love the potential pattern to be extracted from this kind of subject but the shot misses a clear point of view. I think 4.1.

I predict a 4.8 but will vote higher.

I don't unterstand the title and that's probabaly the clue to your motif?
Sorry - 3 from me and I predict 4.2 just like you

Interesting photo with just a wall, I keep looking for something :) 4.89

I can feel the slap and roughness of cold concrete against the hand- the shoulder blades and wandering hands of young lovers against the wall in the night, the blank slate for which the viewer can imagine, dream...
your prediction may be correct, but in a just world, no less than 6.3

Who is Barnabas? a cinderblock designer? you've captured quite a bit in a plain wall, different colored blocks and mortar shades, dark to ligh to dark is always good in a composition, its quite sharp with lots of detail in the blocks and different textures in the blocks. good luck. I'll guess at 5.23 Good Luck

I don't think DPC will like the skewed perspective. It will disorient them. They can tolerate very little discomfort. For the same reasons, I will bump you to a six. 3.9

First pass I gave this three. Drab colours, out of whack perspective and so boring I could only manage that three. However, on coming back to comment, and look a little longer, I can see several fascinating faces and figures in the bricks so I have to bump you up to five.
I still think you might struggle to reach your title though, because those fascinating beings take a while to become apparent. I predict a 3.805 average.

The detail! The scope! The Sheer Audacity!! BRILLIANT! ;)

I think that all comments here ARE being directed to a brick wall! ;p

I predict a 3.58

3.965 (I gave it a four) I just don't find it very interesting. Perhaps if there were a focal point for the viewer... like a plant spounted in the crack?

As walls go, this is a rather nice wall. I estimate the final score to be 4.4

I think it will take a 4.2 earthquake to tumble this wall. Think you might be headed for the brown ribbon with this one - 2.9

Just a wall?? A 3

a brick wall? LOL I will see your 4.2 but I voted a five to help even that out a bit LOL

I voted before looking at titles, now commenting.

I predict you may make it a bit lower. Not much more boring that staring at a blank brick wall. I gave you a 3.

My guess: 3.78

Clearly 2 dimensional yet the lines are parallel with the top of the frame but not the bottom. So perhaps a tribute to the third dimension in a quite minimal way. 4.265

I don't know what the Barnabas collection is. Cinder blocks as art? I like it. Nice colors and detail. I like that there is nothing except cinder blocks in the picture. I could see this framed and on my wall. I gave it a seven. I predict 4.4.

I think you are overstimating this image, but a lot of the time people don't vote truthfully on boring images which leave nothing to the imagination. However saying that you might get around 4.2 but you deserve a lot lower, grin!

3.2

Hummm... a cinder block wall tilted about 5 degrees.
It has to mean something, doesn't it? Or it means nothing.
WAY over my head.
My guess is 4.23
