This is my husband - he reluctantly agreed to model for me :) I took three sets of images, checking them all out on the computer and refining, trying to pick out what we both liked best in terms of angle, perspective, shirt, glasses/no glasses, etc. I have been thrilled with the comments and the way the score has held this week, especially considering the competition. You have one green eye one blue, yeah yeah you've heard it 100 times before, I'm guessing this will ribbon, partly b/c it's what the voters will like, not really my style, though have to say done well.
I really like this one and have rated it high. I think it is the expressive eyes that draws me in. It does appear to be a little soft, but I don't mind. Hope it does well for you.
I like this - lots of character, lots of intelligence and a little bit of whimsy in the expression. Again with the chopped off top of the head - I really have a thing about that. In any case, good color control and the overall impact is high as the image is very interesting.
