My pear tree.
Not a mystery, but pear is the word.

[Jul. 26th, 2012 09:07:44 PM]

...but thanks for all the awesome comments, I liked "sweet" and "innocent" better than my own word.

update: the pears are bigger, the skin is rough and bitter, but the inside is quite crispy and sweet.

I beg to differ.

The best story definitely entails rotten fruit... ...and I want the film rights. Hehe

Pear!!!! Well I was at least in the fruit family!!! Love the pictures, as I said. Congrats on the deserved bling.

Hey thanks, but what the heck is a gumnut?

Gumnut, I'm guessing. This one is very well processed, earthy, gritty, just lovely, and with that, I'm giving you my Verineat

I don't care for the lensbaby feel -- but that's not my style. But I like the photos minus the effect. I wish the photo on the right was the one in the middle. The one in the middle is interesting, but the one on the right is wonderful. I love the softness in the face, the crop, the contemplation, it draws me in, and holds my attention. So the middle one is just getting in my way. I want more right! :)

The hint made me think "rotten" and maybe that's it but Apple seems more like it. Unless it's a different fruit - doesn't really look like an apple. Anyway, the blur and desaturated tones that bind these three images and the layout are all very nice. Voted earlier.

"Rotten". Interesting contemplation of the meaning of the phrase from a child's point of view... or what's is to come.
